Biden Says He Will Withhold His Opinion On Court Packing Until “Election is Over”

Biden won't tell his opinion on court packing until after election.

Presidential candidate Joe Biden says that he will withhold his opinion on court packing until after the election.

His reason? Because the media might report his opinion on court packing.

When asked his opinion on the controversial idea of adding to the total number of Supreme Court justices on the bench, currently at nine, in order for a sitting president to flip the court to a majority of those supporting his political slant, Joe Biden said:

“You’ll know my opinion on court packing when the election is over. Now look, I know it’s a great question, and I don’t blame you for asking. But you know the moment I answer that question, the headline in every one of your papers will be about that….other than focusing on what’s happening now.”

What an absolutely stunning statement from someone running for president of the United States! He withholds his opinion on a matter because if he shared his opinion, the media would report it.

In effect, by Biden refusing to answer such a question, voters can’t know what kind of policies they are actually voting for or against.

It chimes back to Pelosi’s infamous line:

“We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.”

Biden wants us to elect him before he’ll tell us his view on court packing. Unbelievable! Unfortunately, though the media and democrats cry about transparency if they ever allege it in others, their hypocrisy knows no bounds so I don’t expect this to be information shared by the mainstream media.

Can you IMAGINE if President Trump refused to provide a position on a matter with the given reason being because the media would report about it? It boggles the mind! See the video of Joe Biden saying this below:
